Face Fear & Fly panel #1 (Facing Fear)
Description
Print Info
Face Fear & Fly is a triptych about facing fear and finding freedom.
This is a giclee print of the first panel of the Triptych - the Facing Fear stage.
Sometimes we are so afraid of falling we forget we can fly.
My original painting "Facing Fear" was similar to this first panel. A bird is perched on a cliff, afraid of falling. We look and see that this bird could just fly off of the cliff yet he is looking down in fear. I believe that's how God sees us when we are paralyzed by fear. We need to step out and trust him as we fly into becoming who He has created us to be. I created the triptych to show the steps of this bird as he lets go of fear, breaks free and soars into freedom. This panel is a visual reminder we can have on our walls to remind us we can face our fears and fly off the cliff of fear into what God has for us.
Created with many layers of paint and texture in the background to represent the passage of time.
Also sold as part of a set of 3 prints of the Face Fear & Fly Triptych in my print collection.
