Created from my experience as a Christian counselor, this workbook is a printable PDF download filled with 31 pages of activities and info to help teens reduce anxiety.

 

Full of Bible verses, information on how flight or fight impacts your body and mind and how to calm your system and be able to change your thoughts.

 

There is a short Bible study page on Psalm 42 to start the emotions section as well as worksheets on gratitude, changing your negative thoughts, deep breathing, tracking healthy habits, developing a list of character traits and Bible verses about who you are in Christ and more.

 

I also included a few teen verse coloring sheets and a word search as calming activities.  I have used these activities with hundreds of clients as well as my own young adult with anxiety. This is not a substitute for counseling or medical advice but a great start to developing effective ways to reduce anxiety and experience the peace of Christ more consistently.
